Classes are now being held in the Troy Sunshade building. (Same building as The Warehouse and also same address: 619 Lincoln Ave/Troy)
We will now be located on the 2nd floor in one of the Troy Sunshade suites. You'll enter through the middle door at the front of the building (on Lincoln Ave) and use the stairs on the right.

Welcome, Emma!
Our high-vibe tribe just got a little bigger. Say hello to Emma!! Emma is a certified yoga teacher with a background in behavioral science and feminine wisdom for holistic well-being. She is a published author of a 3-month menstrual cycle journal (Living In Sync). Emma uses her experience and knowledge to step onto the mat with the belief that yoga is a practice for your entire being, not just the physical body. Whether she is teaching yoga, guiding sound baths, or hosting workshops, it is her goal to create an environment that allows your nervous system to relax, quiets the busyness of the mind, opens the heart, and meets you where you are.

WE'VE UPDATED OUR PACKAGES
In order to streamline our packages for classes, we've updated them to "credit" based units. Classes that have two instructors/two modalities (i.e. MELTed Yoga) will be two credits, whereas single teacher/single modality classes (i.e. regular yoga flow) will be one credit.
This allows you to purchase one package for all of our classes that we offer instead of having to buy separate packages or purchase "upgrades."
*Two credit classes: Pilates Reformer,Yomassage®, MELTed Yoga and MELTed Sculpt. All other classes are one credit.*

I teach yoga, barre, Pilates, SWERK®, MELTed Yoga, and MELTed Sculpt. My focus is on helping you feel better in your body, rather than chasing perfect poses. I'm here to cheer you on and cheer with you as you celebrate your success!
Jennifer
I teach MELT, MELTed Yoga, MELTed Scuplt, Yomassage®, and SWERK® as well as provide massage therapy and other healing techniques. My goal is to empower you by enhancing stability, relieving stress, and promoting balance in both body and mind, all while adding a sprinkle of laughter to your healing experience.
